We are WA's fastest growing physio group and we're passionate about spreading our philosophy, our approach and our industry leading treatment to the world. We have developed a list of values that define ourselves in being at the forefront of the medical profession:
- Embrace and drive change
- Develop our strengths
- Proactive not reactive
- Build genuine relationships
Being a Life Ready physio is all about finding the balance between character and competency. We like to look for that perfect someone who is passionate, dedicated, nurturing, supportive and enthusiastic but who is also driven to constantly develop and their physiotherapy skills.
Your professional development is one of our utmost priorities and is crucial to the success of our company. As such, we invest in a weekly mentor, who individually, will guide you in furthering your physiotherapy skills and assist you with any client-related queries.
You’ll also be required to attend monthly group professional development sessions where collectively, you’ll be guided on new treatment techniques, initiatives and practices. You’ll attend regularly scheduled clinic team meetings (with the reception team) and also a one-on-one meeting every three months with your direct manager to discuss your general employment, your goals and any queries you may have.
Your services and commitment to Life Ready Physio are incredibly important to us, so money has never been a hindrance to hiring the right person. We have a number of different structures set up depending on the needs of our staff.
As a Life Ready receptionist, your job is incredibly varied and each day is different from the rest. We pride ourselves on having developed a nurturing relationship with our clients, so a large proportion of your day will be interacting with a number of our clients – making appointments, liaising with Insurance companies, taking payments, fielding phone calls and having lots of lovely candid conversations! You’ll also be required to perform specific duties that make the clinic and our physiotherapists’ days run smoothly.
Your commencement with Life Ready Physio will begin with a few days of integral one-on-one training with some of our receptionists at a variety of clinics. In this time you will run through our protocols, computer system and your responsibilities as a receptionist. Following this, you’ll ALWAYS have the support and guidance of any one of the receptionists from other clinics, not to mention round the clock support from our technical team.
You’ll be required to attend periodically scheduled “reception breakfasts” where recent reception updates, changes in business operations and advice from other receptionists are discussed, so you are never “out of the loop”.
You’ll also have a one-on-one meeting with your direct manager every three months to discuss your employment with us, your performance review and any concerns you may have.
Our clinics are open from 7am – 8pm Monday to Friday and 8am – 1pm Saturday. In keeping with workplace policies, you will be required to work either a morning or afternoon shift (or a combination of the two) on days that suit you.
Aside from being part of an ever-expanding company, as a Life Ready receptionist, you’ll be a critical driving force in changing the face of the medical profession. You’ll form special relationships with our clients and other Life Ready team members and you will constantly be learning new things!
We also offer significant discounts on physiotherapy treatments, bi-annual massages and constant vocational support.
As we grow, there will also be the option for relocation.
