Hi, I'm Carly Howlett!
Carly completed her exercise physiology degree at Murdoch University in 2017 after a strong desire to improve the quality of life and capacity of those with chronic conditions through exercise medicine.
“I enjoy the challenge of working with complex cases and knowing that any patient can improve their own lives through movement. I love getting to know my patients and what drives them to evoke change in their lives. Every individual patient should be treated as such and I love being able to adapt my clinical knowledge to ensure best outcomes.”
Her clinical skills lie in complex musculoskeletal and mental health conditions such as osteoarthritis, chronic pain, depression and anxiety and how the comorbidities often interplay with one another.
Away from work, Carly enjoys exploring the outdoors with her partner and puppy whilst taking the time to breathe and re-centre.
