Passionate about health and fitness and seeing the vast benefits that exercise can bring in all life stages, Kaela completed her Masters of Clinical Exercise Physiology at the University of Western Australia, following a position as a research assistant at Curtin University with main focus in healthy ageing.
She enjoys working with her patients to overcome a variety of conditions and co-morbidities, as the diversity keeps her on her toes as “no two individuals are alike.”
Growing up in the Perth hills, Kaela has always been a keen equestrian, although nowadays she is more commonly seen upside down or lifting heavy things at the gym!
