Meet Carla, a physiotherapist with a passion to help people move with confidence, regain their independence, and get back to the things that matter most to them. She takes a supportive, hands-on and exercise-based approach, focusing not just on reducing pain, but building strength, mobility, and long-term confidence. Carla is particularly passionate about empowering her clients to stay motivated, take ownership of their progress, and feel supported every step of the way.
She completed her physiotherapy degree at Curtin University and has developed strong clinical interests in gerontology, neurological disorders, post-surgical rehabilitation, cardiopulmonary rehabilitation, and falls prevention. She enjoys helping clients achieve meaningful goals whether that’s returning to the community, reducing falls risk, or simply moving with more ease and confidence day to day.
Known for her warm and approachable nature, Carla takes the time to build genuine connections with her clients and tailors each treatment plan to suit their goals and lifestyle.
Outside of work, Carla enjoys being immersed in new cultures through travelling, staying active through Pilates, gym and Pickleball, exploring new food spots around Perth, and has recently picked up playing Mahjong, which has quickly become her latest obsession
