Hi, I'm Roisin Helliwell!

Physiotherapist at Mobile

Originally from the UK, Roisin completed her physiotherapy degree at Salford University in Manchester and since then has expanded her skills and knowledge with a wide range of additional training in women’s health, dry needling, acupuncture, musculoskeletal medicine, neurological upper‑limb rehab, and even specialised approaches for shoulder and Temporomandibular Disorder (TMD) conditions.

“I love working with clients in the community setting to help them work towards their goals and maintain independence at home. I enjoy carrying out home exercise programs with my clients to help improve their mobility, strength and balance to minimise risk of falls and increase their confidence and independence.”

Roisin takes a holistic approach and treats every client with the same care and respect she’d give a member of her own family. Communication, compassion and teamwork are at the heart of how she works, and she’s never afraid to collaborate with colleagues to ensure her clients receive the highest standard of care.

When she’s not on the road, you’ll her at the gym (she’s a regular at Hyrox and strength classes), enjoying yoga or Pilates, out walking the dog along the coast with her husband and daughter and making the most of life’s little adventures.
