Valerie is our accomplished physiotherapist who earned her Master of Clinical Physiotherapy from Curtin University, specialising in Continence and Women’s Health. With extensive experience in private hospitals and practices, she’s all about providing comprehensive care in antenatal and postnatal treatment.

Valerie’s clinical knowledge spans a wide spectrum, addressing a range of issues from pelvic floor muscle dysfunction to bladder and bowel problems, pelvic pain, and various other women’s and men’s health conditions. Her treatment portfolio also covers postnatal musculoskeletal conditions, mastitis, and painful scar tissue post-childbirth, among others.

Additionally, Valerie excels in treating general musculoskeletal concerns and has a particular enthusiasm for Clinical Pilates. Her approach emphasises self-management and utilises progressive exercise-based rehabilitation, aiming to address the root causes of pain and optimise overall function.

When not in the clinic, Valerie indulges in staying physically active and enjoys engaging in creative pursuits. She also shows a commitment to professional development and an active participation in numerous self-enhancement adventures.
