To further her passion for anatomy and rehabilitation, Sarah completed her Masters in Physiotherapy from Swinburne University, and a Masters in Clinical Exercise Physiology from Federation University. Additionally, she has completed a research thesis studying the effects of anthracycline chemotherapy on the heart in women with breast cancer.
“I love being able to empower my patients to learn and lead their rehabilitation journey through developing trust and providing meaningful education.”
Sarah has extensive experience working in community health and hospital rehabilitation and since 2019, she has worked within the therapy team of an NDIS provider. Along the way she has developed an interest in a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, particularly back and lower limb pain. She also enjoys treating concerns of falls and balance as well as using exercise as rehabilitation including her hydrotherapy skillset.
Away from the clinic, Sarah enjoys being active and loves going for a run, attending the gym and competing in sprinting and athletics. You’ll also find her spending time outdoors and with her mischievous husky and border collie!
