Hi, I'm Zachary Forster!

Since graduating, Zach has worked exclusively in private practice physiotherapy and has developed a keen interest in a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries including, lower back and neck pain, shoulder pain and lower limb injuries. He has completed additional training in dry needling and applies this treatment method in addition to manual therapy techniques, home exercise programming and exercise specific sessions in our Point Cook clinic.
Outside of work, Zach is a keen martial artist. Having begun his training in 2000, he now travels the world training and competing at national and international levels. He also loves spending time at home with his wife and fur babies (two huskies and a Ragdoll cat)!
