Hi, I'm Mark Briffa!

Mark (he/him) completed their Diploma of Remedial Massage from North Metro Tafe, jumping in with the family at Life Ready soon after graduating.

They are able to deliver deep tissue, sports massage, Swedish, reflexology for relaxation, myofascial release and has qualified further in functional cupping.

Passionate about helping people achieve the best version of themselves, Mark places a great deal of value in working together with his clients to realise this and any other goals they may have – providing knowledge, guidance and ongoing support in a holistic and safe environment. Their massage style is quite flowy with an intuitive pressure that respects pain thresholds, and blends several techniques always tailored to the individual on the table – great for newbies or if it’s been a while since treatments.

Mark is originally from Sydney and has a hospitality, retail and aged care/support background, has performed at Fringe World and The Blue Room Theatre in a variety of group and solo shows and is currently working towards becoming an aerialist on the silks.

Outside of work he is big on moving and loves cycling, dancing and swimming which offsets a healthy soft French cheese (Brillat-Savarin and Epoisses, namely) addiction. Balance.
