Mat Group Pilates Classes

Our mat Pilates classes are run by our experienced physiotherapists and focus on building strength and control from the deep core muscles to help support and stabilise the body throughout movement.

The classes aim to strengthen the deep abdominal muscles and pelvic floor muscle, improve posture and alignment, and improve co-ordination and balance. As all our classes are run by a physiotherapist, the exercises can be modified for individual injuries if required and private health rebates apply.
