Exercise during and after pregnancy is vital, so we have designed classes specific to pre/post natal needs to keep our Mums and Mums-to-be strong and fit!
Pre/post natal classes are great for all stages of pregnancy as well as post pregnancy. We work on strengthening the full body, as well as focusing on breathing, relaxation and meditation. A perfect way to stay calm, healthy and happy during and after pregnancy!
