Modern, family friendly and offering plenty of parking, Life Ready Physio Inglewood is located within the Terry Tyzack Aquatic Centre on Alexander Drive in Inglewood. With a gym offering state-of-the-art Pilates equipment and full access to the neighbouring Terry Tyzack gymnasium and pool, Life Ready Physio Inglewood offers a wide range of rehabilitation services to gear our clients towards their best quality of life.
With experienced physiotherapy care and a popular supervised exercise session (incorporating Pilates inspired exercises) timetable, Life Ready Physio Inglewood provides services across physiotherapy, hydrotherapy, gym rehabilitation, workers’ compensation and motor vehicle accident injuries.
We also service clients from surrounding suburbs including North Perth, Dianella, Mount Lawley, Bedford and Coolbinia.

Caitlin completed her Bachelor of Science (Physiotherapy) degree at Curtin University and has since worked in both the public health and private sectors. She began her career at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital with an emphasis on acute respiratory disorders, chronic pain management and rehabilitation post joint replacement and trauma.
Caitlin is passionate about the specialist area of women’s health and pelvic floor dysfunction and since graduating, has continued with further studies in this area.
She is focused on forming genuine relationships with her patients to assist them in achieving their personal goals. As a physiotherapist, Caitlin loves working with people from all demographics and is keen to ensure her physiotherapy treatment and rehabilitation programs is individualised and client specific.
Caitlin enjoys working with athletes of all levels – from the novice participating in their first 5km HBF Run for a Reason, to the competitive City to Surf marathon runner.
Caitlin provides a wide variety of services including managing chronic pain (particularly lower back pain), acute sporting injuries, Clinical Pilates, dry needling, strength and conditioning programs, cardiorespiratory management (COPD/bronchiectasis/pneumonia) and paediatrics.
Caitlin’s bubbly and chatty nature means she rarely sits still outside of the clinic! She loves spending time with her family and balances keeping fit with her extravagant cake baking skills in the kitchen.

Avril graduated from the University of Western Australia in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science majoring in Anatomy before embarking on her chosen career in Physiotherapy. She completed her qualifications at Curtin University graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy with honours.
As a physiotherapist, Avril has a keen interest in musculoskeletal injury management, sporting injuries, neurological disorders and women’s health. She is dedicated to helping each individual achieve their personal goals through treatment with an holistic approach to their lifestyle. Employing hands on treatment, with patient specific rehabilitation programs she hopes to see patients living life at their absolute best.
Away from the clinic, Avril is a competitive Irish dancer dedicating much of her spare time to training.
She also loves travelling, capturing a great photo and experiencing the culinary offerings of the world with the friends and family.

Jai completed his Master of Physiotherapy at Curtin University, after finishing a Bachelor of Science at the University of Canberra, majoring in Biology, Sports Science and Pre-Physiotherapy.
With a strong passion for musculoskeletal conditions, especially in the form of functional exercise based rehabilitation, gym based exercises/rehabilitation is where Jai thrives, and regularly attends workshops with local personal trainers. Jai is also well trained in Clinical Pilates, hydrotherapy and dry needling.
Jai believes that “knowledge is power”, and being able to appropriately educate people, allowing them to take greater control over their symptoms and rehabilitation is crucial to meet their goals.
When he’s not treating, Jai can be found at the gym, playing a round of soccer, fishing, camping or traveling.

Having always had a keen interest in sports and fitness and being fascinated with the science surrounding how the body moves and works, Andy choice a career in physiotherapy to combine his love for both science and sport.
Perth born and bred, Andy completing his physiotherapy degree at Curtin University, graduating in 2013.
Andy enjoys all areas of musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy and really loves being able to develop a treatment plan with a client and being able to see that through from manual therapy to specific exercise-based rehabilitation that will enable them to achieve all their goals.
He has a keen interest in the shoulder, elbow and ankle joints and has completed further professional development in treatment with dry needling, Pilates and hydrotherapy based exercise rehabilitation.
“I love that every case is different, and no presentation of injury is the same. I get to work with clients to create a treatment plan that will allow them to reach their goals and ultimately become ‘life ready’.
Outside of work, Andy enjoys exercising regularly in the gym and playing baseball. He also loves to travel and has spent time away from Life Ready travelling to Europe and to live in Canada. He also juggles many sports teams in his spare time!

From a young age, Alena always had a strong interest in health and fitness and completing a degree in biochemistry and molecular biology offered her an insight into diseases and disabilities, as well as the functions of the human body. This really inspired her to pursue a career where she could really help make a difference and assist people to achieve their best quality of life.
Alena completed her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at the University of Western Australia in 2014, and in 2018, her Graduate Entry Masters of Physiotherapy from Curtin University.

Alena has a keen interest in the treatment and management of chronic conditions, particularly of the neck and back, and is also passionate about physical rehabilitation of sporting injuries, using evidence-based practice, combined with manual techniques, to help patients achieve their goals.
Outside of her work with our Yokine team, Alena enjoys spending time in the gym doing strength and cardio based exercise, as well as yoga and Pilates.
She also plays the guitar, flute and piano and has spent several months teaching English in Spain and spent a year abroad studying in Leeds, England!
