Our sessions are physiotherapist-led and incorporate Pilates inspired exercises, strength and conditioning principles and general physiotherapy clinical framework. Based on your initial assessment, our programs are individualised and involve a comprehensive treatment plan, so you are geared towards living your best quality of life!

Why do I need an initial assessment?
Your physiotherapist will need to assess your past injury history and current fitness levels, then design and closely supervise an individualised exercise program tailored to your specific health goals. This exercise program will include movements to tone and strengthen your muscles within the limits of your comfort.
We suggest that you wear comfortable and non-restrictive clothing (including socks) to your sessions.
Once you are performing the exercises safely and correctly, you will be encouraged to use the equipment more independently, though you will be fully supervised by our physiotherapists and re-assessed throughout the duration of your program.
