Hi, I'm Eleanor Fraser!

Physiotherapist at Scarborough

Additional Qualifications

  • Level 3 Pilates Instructor (Future Fit Training)
  • Acupuncture and Dry Needling (Breeze Academy)
  • Level 3 Sports Massage Therapist (Pro Active)
  • Level 3 Paediatric First Aid (Millies Mark)
  • GOSH Virtual Paediatric Physiotherapy Foundation Course (Great Ormond Street Hospital)

Eleanor enjoys helping manage musculoskeletal conditions, particularly lower back pain, hip conditions and knee injuries and loves working with people who want to return to the activities they enjoy, build strength and mobility and move with greater confidence.

Her interest in physiotherapy began with a netball ligament injury, and was strengthened by seeing how compassionate, individualised care can shape a person’s recovery. Eleanor takes a biopsychosocial approach, listening to each person’s story and combines exercise-based rehabilitation with hands-on treatment, including dry needling, to help support pain management.

Her industry experience spans intensive care, neurological physiotherapy, including work with people with cerebral palsy and musculoskeletal outpatient care. She has also completed a placement with the physiotherapy team at Manchester City Football Club, gaining insight into rehabilitation in elite sport, and has worked as an Early Years Practitioner Assistant supporting children with additional needs. These experiences have shaped her focus on tailoring rehabilitation to each person’s goals and abilities.

Outside the clinic, Eleanor enjoys the gym, Pilates classes, reading and travelling to experience new places and cultures.
