Kat worked and travelled the world prior to settling down in Perth and retraining as a physiotherapist at Curtin University.
As a physiotherapist, Kat has a keen interest in supporting women through all stages of life. She has a special interest in pelvic floor rehabilitation, bladder and bowel disorders, pre- and postnatal care, and helping women return to the activities they love with confidence. She is also trained in the use of Low Level Laser Therapy (LLLT) and Ultrasound for the treatment of common breast-feeding conditions such as cracked nipples and mastitis. Kat combines evidence-based practice with a compassionate approach, ensuring her clients feel heard and supported.
Kat has over fifteen years’ experience as a group fitness instructor, personal trainer and circus coach and runs our fun over 50s dance classes as well as many of our GLA:D® and Strength For Life™ classes.
Outside of work, you can find Kat hanging upside down on the silks, trapeze or lyra. She loves spending time with her family and gardening.
