Living Longer, Living Stronger

We are an ageing population and we want to help everyone move towards their best quality of life, which is why we’ve partnered with the Living Longer, Living Stronger program to run progressive strength training and group fitness classes to our over 50s. Led by our physiotherapists and exercise physiologists, these classes are safe, fun and social and are designed to assist in conditions such as arthritis, bone density/osteoporosis, cardiovascular function, balance, mobility, cognitive function and overall wellbeing.

Classes run weekly at Bicton, Inglewood, MidlandRockingham and Warwick.
